AmCham Mongolia organized its traditional “Mentor Day” event, which was sponsored by Monpolymet group and Munkh Sustainable Development Fund. Students who attended “Mentor Day” event had opportunities to listen to leaders of various business fields and meet with human resources professionals from the national leading companies to receive advises and recommendations. More importantly, some of the students were able to find a place where they can do internships. Human resource department managers from subsidiaries of Monpolymet group attended in the event sharing their knowledge and experiences on job seeking, successful job interview, and career development and received applications for open job positions in the company.
