SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR HIRING EMPLOYEES

The selection procedure begins with the unit department’s request to hire personnel for the workplace. (this request is made in accordance with the project structure and plan). We give an equal opportunity to all applicants during our recruiting process and follow fair and open practices.

We post job openings on the company’s website, www.zangia.mn, worldwide and Mongolian recruitment agencies and all local job posting channels according to the request. The selection procedure is coordinated in collaboration with the Administration, Human resources department, and the unit or department that field the work order.
