Mr. Tsolmon is the headman of the technical council of Monpolymet Group’s Toson Mine and chief mechanic. Today, he was awarded the Red Banner Medal of Labor Honor and received his award from the President of Mongolia. Mr. Tsolmon has worked for us for 24 of our 30 years of history. He is our first professional operator of an excavator and bulldozer and our skilled engineer.
There is no vehicle he can’t drive and no equipment or spare that he can’t maintain. He is the leader of the technical team and a professional engineer at the Toson mine of Monpolymet, the big investor in Mongolian finance, Mineral Fund.
He has studied the technologies with his own talent, interest, and diligence. So much so that his knowledge and skills are just as good as those who studied at the university. He raised the reputation of the company, and years of his hard work have shown great results.
